1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aq22 online gaming platform, including all products and services offered through https://aq22.ws (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by aq22 and provides online casino games, sports betting, crash games, fish games, and associated financial services including deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile payment methods.

By creating an account on aq22, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with aq22 on the basis of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the aq22 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. aq22 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, or any non-human actor may not register or operate an aq22 account.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate suspension without prior notice.
• You must act on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Registering or playing on behalf of any third party is not permitted under these Terms.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of aq22 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. aq22 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. aq22 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• aq22 may request documents to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your aq22 account or any associated balance to another person under any circumstances.

aq22 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, merge them, or suspend them pending investigation. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited pending the outcome of that investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aq22 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The primary payment methods accepted by aq22 are Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to operational availability at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your aq22 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. aq22 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit on your account. aq22 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC verification. aq22 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above internal review thresholds.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your aq22 account. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• aq22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious account activity, or review of applicable bonus wagering requirements.

5Bonuses & Promotions

aq22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms will prevail for matters relating to that bonus.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. A player who has previously held an aq22 account — regardless of whether that account was closed or suspended — is not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new registration.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus terms for that offer.
• aq22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change bonus terms, or cancel a bonus credited to an account if aq22 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same bonus terms as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Seasonal promotions — including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL cricket season specials, and Victory Day promotions — are subject to their own specific offer terms published at the time the promotion is made available.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including layering deposits across multiple accounts or structuring transactions to avoid compliance monitoring.
• Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's account credentials, identity documents, or payment methods without their explicit written consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not be available under normal Platform operation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games such as baccarat, poker, or roulette.
• Providing false or forged identity documents during the KYC verification process or at any other point requested by aq22.

7Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through account settings or by contacting aq22 support directly. During a self-exclusion period the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on the Platform.
• Session time reminders: Players may enable session time reminders within account settings. These reminders notify the player of how long their current gaming session has been active.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the aq22 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphic design, logos, trademarks, service marks, written content, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property rights — is owned by or licensed to aq22 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of aq22.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, copy, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aq22's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aq22 specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or Platform downtime caused by factors outside aq22's direct operational control, including network outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to the player's account.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability asserted.

10Account Termination & Suspension

aq22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account registration rules.
• aq22 has reasonable grounds to suspect the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes, including suspected money laundering or identity fraud.
• A player voluntarily requests account closure through the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool or by direct written contact with aq22 support.

Upon termination of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11Amendments to These Terms

aq22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, aq22 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via their account contact information or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting aq22 support.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. aq22 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and efficiently through its internal customer support process. Players are encouraged to contact aq22 support in the first instance whenever a dispute arises.
